the saloon The heart of The City. Once a place where the humans would come to be entertained, and have drinks. Now half rotten and completely abandoned by humans. It has two floors. The first floor is where most of the entertainment and.. festivities where once held. The second floor, is where the humans would be in private. Most of the furniture has been looted, leaving only the rooms themselves, and some bedding dragged in for comfort. No cat owns the saloon, and most who stay there aren't there for more than a few days. |

the casino The old casino. Humans would spend their hard-earned money on hopes of doubling their money's-worth. Whether any of them did, is a mystery. Old tables still stand, and the games they used to play are now gone. Now, it is currently being used as a sleeping place, much like the saloon. |

the telegram & postal office The only place in Deraloux where the humans had contact with the the other towns. The postal office has one floor, one side for regular mail, and the other side for Telegram sending. It is currently unused. |

the market One of the most important parts of The City, back in the day. Humans would buy much of their food here- if they weren't farmers. Today, it is deserted, if you're lucky, you might find a scrawny mouse scurrying about. |

the sheriff's office The old law of Deraloux. The sheriff protected the town from thieves and night raids. Two jail cells, where immediate prisoners would be held until the prisoner's sentence was over, or until the Marshal came to pick them up to transfer them to the bigger jails or prisons. Currently, it is a place for cats to sleep without being disturbed- usually. |

luther's boarding house Luther's Boarding House was a popular Boarding House for 49-ers during the Gold Rush. Three floors, and one basement. The basement is used for storage, and the two floors above the ground floor was used for sleeping- obviously. Now, many cats sleep there like the humans once did over 80 years ago. |

the newburry inn An old inn next to The Saloon. Like the rest of the town, it is made of mostly wood. This is a good place for loners to sleep for a few nights, for the rooms are quiet and shadowy. Be careful where you step, for the floor boards are a tad, unstable. |

the houses Behind the Saloon, is where the houses are. The locals that actually bothered to build a house, the ones who had families. Usually, the houses where nothing more than two rooms. A fireplace, a kitchen and the bedrooms. Many of the old houses are currently used by cats who stayed together. Families, usually. They are quite nice to live in during the winter. |

the iris river The most vital place for the humans of the past, and the cats now. Once filled with gold, The Iris River is now no more than just another river. It is the feline's only real source of water, and even that might not be for very much longer. |

the old bridge A large, old wooden bridge stands as one of the only ways to get to the cornfield. The wood has begun to rot a little, but it is still strong enough for twelve pound cats across with ease. |

the cornfield Across the Iris River, lies the old Cornfield. Once covered in corn, now it is nothing but rotted plants, rocks and tall grass which grows there. This is probably the best place you can find food. It is also the biggest amount of land in The City territory. There is an old bridge which connects the river to Deraloux. |
